Welcome to this new page. I have a passion for sharing with other leaders the importance of reading, growing and then leading.
My third-grade teacher, Mrs. Torpin, instilled in me the importance of reading and I have been a reader ever since. Dr. John C. Maxwell says that “readers are leaders and leaders are readers.”
Over the course of 40 years, I have read hundreds of books, articles, quotes that I have highlighted and saved thinking that someday I can use this to help someone else on their leadership journey.
That is the reason for starting this new page. My hope is that together we can learn as we share ideas, resources, opportunities to grow as leaders.
